IMPORTANT: SketchUp 2021.1 compatibility

SketchUp update 2021.1 is released today.

Whilst this brings some nice improvements to various tools and the user interface of SketchUp, unfortunately changes in the Chromium framework have broken how designPH communicates with our licensing server. This means that if you upgrade to SketchUp 2021.1, you will no longer be able to activate your designPH licence.

designPH v2.0.08 has been released. This update is free for existing v2.0 customers and provides compatibility with SketchUp 2021 and a number of bugfixes. New customers will automatically receive access to this latest version. Existing customers should have received an email notification on 08/02/2021. Any existing customer who has not received the update should contact us via the usual support channels.

We are starting to publicly release the v2.0.08 update which provides compatibility with SketchUp 2021 and a number of bugfixes. This will not happen immediately for all users due to an ongoing issue with the download platform that we are trying to solve. New customers will receive access to this latest version. Any existing customer who has not received the update should contact us via the usual support channels.
