under all 3 of the current Extension Security policies (“Unrestricted”, “Approval mode” and
“Identified developers only”).
- Several feature improvements
- 49 new climate datasets added from PHI database
- Bugfixes
- reveal shading bug fix - issue with reveal shading rays passing through adjacent perpendicular windows
- various bug fixes and feature completion (frame U-values, correct analysis of hidden windows etc etc)
- Fixed a bug that caused an analysis error if grouped surfaces or grouped windows
were glued to another surface
- Shading: corrected the reported depth and distance for reveal_L, reveal_R and
overhang when the installed reveal depth is 0 and for corner windows.
- HTML output and string validation; fixed an issue where entering a ' character in input boxes (e.g. user-defined component names or U-value layers, Entity Info) or stored component libraries would subsequently prevent the display of the element.
- Known issue (Mac only): If the & character is used in a component name, the character will be omitted from the component name when it appears in the application menus (e.g. context menu).
- Assign U-value context menu: Fixed an issue where it was not possible to set 'unassigned' to a single face (treated as missing assembly)
- TFA: Fixed an issue where if an analysis was run on an empty model, the TFA result from the previous run would still sometimes be shown
- Climate setting: Fixed an issue that was causing the saved climate to revert to default if the model was loaded before designPH was launched
- Analysis: Fixed an issue that could result in no heat demand results in some models, where windows with all 4 frame edges mulled or zero-width frames were used. Added warning messages for the case where windows have zero-width frames or zero calculated U-value.
- Spelling in Spanish climate ES0034 "Ávila" corrected
